Our scientifically advanced, solar reflective paint,
THERMO-SEAL®, and flexible, solar reflective coating, ECO-THERM®, ensure these needs are met when applied. Concrete, stucco, metal, wood, cementatious siding as well as roof tile, asphaltic, BUR, membrane, metal and fluid coated roof types can all be cool coated with these reflective products. The Ultimate Coatings Company’s green technology paints and coatings exceed energy efficiency regulations of the newest California Title 24 & LEED building codes for commercial and residential buildings. Both use special, low toxic, infrared reflective pigments that result in cooler wall and roof surface temperatures. Due to their high, intrinsic, solar-reflectance and thermal emissivity, they “bounce” away the sun's radiation and reduce need for air-conditioning and make non-conditioned buildings more comfortable. Depending upon color and location, roof and wall temperatures will be reduced by as much as 15 to 50 degrees.

Founded in 2005, the company developed its highly, solar-reflective, acrylic ECO-THERM Technology™ that exceeded industry standards and met or exceeded Green standards in multiple categories including LEED, CRRC, and EPA. Today we make architectural coatings with primers for bonding and cooling almost any exterior surface which we supply on a per batch, factory ground basis to our customers. Our orientation is service is our primary product and we will make most any optimized IR color for our customers ranging from governments and military, specialty industries, schools and individual property owners. We currently sell direct with no middleman.
