THERMO-SEAL®
1000
Heat-reflective, cross-linking, tintable and
breathable, dirt shedding, thermoplastic acrylic coating system for
concrete tile, clay tile, and metal roofs. Highly solar emissive with a
rating of .70 to .91 depending upon color. (70 to over 90 percent of
the sun’s heat is sent off from the coating surface). Low
odor, low VOC, low toxic. Ethylene glycol free.
GLAZE-COAT
Clear, acrylic polymer sealant for
use over THERMO-SEAL® 1000 thermoplastic coated roof tiles. It is an
additional protective sealant and a lifespan enhancer. May be utilized singly over properly cleaned
tiles. Low odor, Low
VOC, low toxic. Ethylene glycol free.
Eco-Therm®
for ROOFS
Heat reflective, tintable and breathable, high
build, dirt resistant, elastomeric coating system for flat
asphalt, urethane foam, elastomeric, fluid applied and concrete type
roofs. Low odor, low VOC, low toxic. Ethylene glycol free.
THERMO-SEAL
1500®
Heat-reflective, cross-linking, tintable,
and breathable, dirt shedding, thermoplastic acrylic coating system for
use on concrete or stucco walls, and exterior wood trim. Same emission
and reflection values as our Thermo-Seal 1000 product. Low odor,
low VOC, low toxic. Ethylene glycol free.
ECO-THERM® ELASTOMERIC For WALLS
Heat-reflective,
tintable, and breathable, dirt resistant, elastomeric coating system for
concrete, stucco, plywood, and cinderblock walls. Low
odor, low VOC, low toxic. Ethylene
glycol free.

upon the substrate, the following primers are for use with our finish
coating systems above only.
EPOXY
PRIMER (for THERMO-SEAL®
1500)
A clear,
high solids, zero solvent, water-based, epoxy primer for consolidating
deteriorated or older prepared concrete and stucco.
CLEAR ROOF PRIMER (for THERMO-SEAL® 1000)
An acrylic sealant primer for porous concrete,
concrete tile and clay tile roofs.
BONDING PRIMER (for THERMO-SEAL® 1500 and ECO-THERM®)
A tintable, high grab, acrylic primer system
for concrete, new stucco, plywood walls and wood trim boards.
